THE BRIEF
Patients were already searching. REVIV wasn’t showing up.
REVIV is a pioneer in evidence-based IV drip therapy and vitamin shots for wellness, performance, and anti-ageing in Hong Kong. Most of their ideal patients were already searching for treatments on Google — the demand existed. Instead of competing for attention on social media, the opportunity was to capture that demand at the exact moment someone searched, with campaigns built to target high-intent local keywords and prove, down to the campaign, which bookings they were actually driving.

ISSUES FACED
A busy account that wasn’t converting
AD SPEND
High spend, low returns
Consistent Google Ads spend with limited return on ad spend across the account.
CONVERSION
Low conversion efficiency
Traffic stayed steady, but conversion performance lagged, driving acquisition costs up.
STRUCTURE
Unscalable campaigns
Overly complex campaign structures and thin budgets made real optimisation impossible.
THE AUDIT
What the numbers actually showed
01
Average cost per conversion sat at HKD $150, spread across multiple IV drip and vitamin shot campaigns.
02
Campaigns had become overly complex — multiple products, messages, and creatives crammed into a single campaign.
03
Low daily budgets were spread across too many variables to let any one variable be properly optimised.
04
The account leaned almost entirely on Search, capturing existing demand but capping growth potential.
05
Performance Max and other cross-channel formats sat underused, limiting reach and algorithmic learning.
Outcome of the review
- A simpler, one-campaign-per-product structure
- Clearer, more focused budget allocation
- A more balanced channel mix built for scalable growth
THE STRATEGY
Five changes, one simplified system
01
Simplified campaign structure
One campaign per core product — Vitaglow, Weight Management, NAD+ — each running only 1–2 high-performing ads instead of a crowded mix.
02
Channel optimization
Tested Search against Performance Max. Performance Max consistently outperformed and became the primary growth channel, with Search retained for high-intent demand.
03
Stronger budget allocation
Campaigns launched at HKD $80/day — enough daily volume for the algorithm to learn before we scaled spend.
04
Systematic testing & scaling
Ads, headlines, keywords, and creatives were refined through ongoing testing, so budget concentrated on the top-performing products.
05
Landing page fixes
Fixed broken “Book Now” links and tightened key sections to remove friction between a click and a booking.
